Full Biography
H.E. Oleksandr Chalyi is the Former First Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, State Secretary for European Integration and Foreign Policy Advisor to the President of Ukraine.
Currently, Chalyi serves as President of Grant Thornton (Ukraine), and in 2014 was named a member of the OSCE Eminent Persons Panel.
