Expert Bio

Oleksandr Chebanenko is a Ukrainian lawyer with three decades of practice in Ukraine, Kazakhstan, the Netherlands, Poland, Hungary and Russia. Chebanenko graduated from the Law School of the University of Amsterdam and from Moscow State University. He also serves as a director of the Law Program at the Ukrainian Institute for the Future, Kyiv.
