Volodymyr Pikuzo is head of the Military-Industrial Complex and Defense program at the Ukrainian Institute of the Future. An expert in the field of state property management, the restructuring and corporatization of state-owned enterprises, and the management and protection of investments in the defense sector, he has been involved in the reform processes of the defense-industrial complex of Ukraine since 2014.
