Full Biography
Yogesh Joshi is a Post-Doctoral Nuclear Security Fellow at the Center for International Security and Cooperation (CISAC), Stanford University. He is also an alumni of the nuclear history boot camp organized by the Nuclear Proliferation International History Project, Woodrow Wilson Center.
