Comments on the Significance of the Agreement to Prevent Unregulated High Seas Fisheries in the Central Arctic Ocean
On November 22, 2022, Polar Institute Senior Fellow Evan Bloom was asked by the Korea Polar Research Institute (KOPRI) to give remarks virtually on the "Significance of the Agreement to Prevent Unregulated High Seas Fisheries in the Central Arctic Ocean" at a "mini-symposium" convened at KOPRI's headquarters in Incheon on the day before the first meeting of the Agreement's Conference of the Parties in Seoul.
