Possibilities for US Defense Investment in Ukraine with Ukrainian MP Halyna Yanchenko

Ukrainian Parliament Member and Secretary of the National Investment Council of Ukraine Halyna Yanchenko visited the Wilson Center to discuss the benefits of increased US cooperation with Ukraine in joint defense industry ventures, tools that can enable defense production while mitigating risks to investors, and the impact of the US House of Representatives' passage of a $61 billion foreign aid package for Ukraine.
