In Argentina, soy is a top cash crop and brings the country much-needed foreign currency revenue. Yet due to Argentina's heterodox economic policies, the grain often sits stuck in silos instead of sold abroad. In this video about soy hoarding, we explore the central, and at times controversial, role of soy in the Argentine economy.
