The 3rd annual “Fishackathon” will take place on Earth Day weekend (April 22-24), with results from the event scheduled to be announced on World Oceans Day (June 8, 2016). Participants will create applications and tools for a sustainable fishery issue that is internationally focused. In anticipation of the event, we asked two of the Wilson Center’s leading experts to provide a briefing on sustainable fishing and ocean preservation. That’s the focus of this edition of Wilson Center NOW.
