In the spirit and mode of the Cold War International History Project (CWIHP), the History and Public Policy Program at the Wilson Center supports new research on the international history of the post-1990 era. New sources on DigitalArchive.org, oral histories, scholarly events and workshops, and fellowships and training programs facilitate debate on both “flashpoints” and structural dimensions of the post-Cold War international order.
