Full Biography
Alf Håkon Hoel served as the Counselor for Fisheries and Oceans with the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Washington, DC from 2015 to 2018 after being the Research Director at the Institute of Marine Research in Tromsø, Norway from 2010 to 2015. He previously held various positions at the University of Tromsø, including Chair of the Department of Political Science.
