Full Biography

Keith Lema is a Research Associate for the Science and Technology Innovation Program (STIP) at the Wilson Center. At STIP, Keith researches energy and climate policy while supporting the STIP Technology Labs to educate congressional and executive staff on emerging technologies. Prior to the Wilson Center, Keith worked in renewable energy finance. In 2014, he was selected for a Fulbright grant in Madrid, Spain. Keith received his MA in International Affairs with a concentration in Global Energy and Environmental Policy from the Elliott School at George Washington University. He received his BA in Economics and Political Science at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
