Full Biography
Josh has spent much of her professional life dedicated to improving citizen engagement, human rights mechanisms, and transparency of local and national governments in Central American countries, principally El Salvador. A graduate of the LBJ School for Public Policy, she worked for twelve years in Central America on police reform, peaceful transitions and governance issues, including five years with the Washington Office on Latin America and five years on a USAID-funded project.
