Expert Bio

Paige is the Director of Congressional Relations at the Wilson Center where she is responsible for delivering its non-partisan scholarship and deep research to policymakers. 

She develops and executes the Wilson Center's strategic engagement with Capitol Hill and stewards the Center’s federal appropriation. 

Over her years at Wilson, she has created and executed a best-in-class Congressional Education Program with over 1,400 alumni including fellowship programs, foreign policy masterclasses, and high-level international staff delegations. 

Between her roles at the Wilson Center, Paige managed the American Grand Strategy Program at Duke University where she directed high-level visits by top military and government officials, and executed educational study trips.

Paige graduated from American University with a B.A. in International Studies with concentrations in national security and foreign policy. Paige lives in Washington, DC with her husband Brian and their dog Ruby.
