Image removed.The Mexico Institute of the Wilson Center is pleased to congratulate Luis Rubio on his successful election as President of the Consejo Mexicano de Asuntos Internacionales (COMEXI). 

Luis Rubio is a Mexico Institute Global Fellow and a member of the Mexico Institute's Advisory Board. Most recently, he has written two books for the Institute, A Mexican Utopia: The Rule of Law is Possible and The Problem of Power: Mexico Requires a New System of Government.

COMEXI is a civil association nonprofit dedicated to promoting the study, analysis and dialogue on international relations of Mexico, and focused in the analysis of Mexico's role in the world and the growing influence of international events on the national agenda.
