Full Biography
Morgan Livingston is a Research Assistant Intern with the Science Technology and Innovation Program, working on 5G policy. Morgan is currently an undergraduate at the University of California, Berkeley and assists research at Stanford Law’s Center for Internet and Society. She has previously interned in Congressional and City offices as well in privacy compliance for a cybersecurity company. Her research interests include data governance and regulation of machine learning.
