Vadym Denysenko

Vadym Denysenko is the Executive Director of the Ukrainian Institute for the Future. He is a journalist, a political scientist, and a politician. Prior to his current position, Dr. Denysenko served as a member of the Committee on Legal Policy and Justice, representative of the Cabinet of Ministers in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine from 2014-2019. He has served as Editor-in-Chief of several publications, including First Crimean, the weekly Comments, and EspressoTV. He is the author of the monograph "Modern as a field of experiment;" two collections of short stories, "In search of banal truths" and "Several love stories;" and Politicians Do Not Lie (2020). He holds a PhD from the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine on the topic "Creativity of M. Johansen in the context of Ukrainian modernist prose."
