Following one of our most recent events, "Alexei Navalny: A Potential Threat to Putin?" featuring Yuval Weber, this Wilson Memo provides Congressional staffers with an in-depth analysis of Alexei Navalny. Included is background on: power in Russia, recent events, Navalny's politics, and popularity ratings of both Navalny and Putin. The memo also dives into U.S. approach: previous policy measures and what should be avoided.  More resources are also provided for a deeper dive into Navalny's political impact.
