Join the Wilson Center’s Brazil Institute on Tuesday, July 18, 2023, from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. (ET) for an in-person conversation with Brazilian Ambassador to the United States Maria Luiza Viotti. Ambassador Maria Luiza Viotti will discuss the challenges and opportunities in US-Brazil relations, environmental protection, and human rights in Brazil. Ambassador Viotti previously served as Brazil’s ambassador to the United Nations and Berlin. This conversation will be Ambassador Viotti’s first public appearance in her new role.
