Canadian and U.S. elections are approaching. Since the Canada Institute audience is located in both the United States and Canada, we decided to look for a guest analyst who could explain and compare the major dynamics in both countries. For this job, there is no better person than Eduardo Del Buey. Eduardo is a former Canadian diplomat who has held senior communications positions in the United Nations, Organization of American States and Commonwealth Secretariat. Read Eduardo's piece here.
