CWIHP Scholar Ilya Gaiduk discusses Nixon's Nuclear Alert in 1969.

Ilya Gaiduk, Senior Researcher at the Institute of World History at the Russian Academy of Sciences in Moscow and a Senior CWIHP Scholar participated in a roundtable discussion on the 1969 Nuclear Alert orderd by President Richard Nixon in connection with his attempts to bring the North Vietnamese to the negotiation table.
