ECSP Director to Discuss Security for a New Century

ECSP Director Geoffrey Dabelko will give a talk titled "From Threat to Opportunity: Exploiting Environmental Pathways to Peace" at the Dirksen Senate Office Building on September 26, 2005, from 2:00 - 3:00 p.m.
