International Herald Tribune and New York Times Cite CWIHP's Work in the Soviet Archives

Martin Walker, senior director of the Global Business Policy Council, cited CWIHP's efforts in reassessing the Soviet era in a book review published in the International Herald Tribune and The New York Times.

In a book review piece published in the International Herald Tribune on January 22, also published in The New York Times, senior director of the Global Business Policy Council Martin Walker cited CWIHP's efforts in reassessing the Soviet era.

The book, Inside the Stalin Archives: Discovering the New Russia by Jonathan Brent, is a memoir describing the author's efforts to work through the realities of post-Soviet life and bureaucracy in order to gain access to new archival materials.

CWIHP's work to shed new light on the Cold War as it played out in the former Soviet Union remains ongoing.
