Edward P. Jones, author of "Lost in the City"

Edward P. Jones won the Pulitzer-Prize for his novel "The Known World." In this collection of short stories, he writes of the Washington of his youth – a city whose African–American community lived at the margin of political power; but enjoyed lives of rich, dramatic complexity.
