Expert Bio

Aldo Fasci currently serves as secretary of security of the state of Nuevo Leon. He has extensive experience in politics and public service, and has served as Secretary of Public Security in different administrations of the State Government. Prior to his role as secretary of security he has held roles including Director of the Information Center for State Security, Evaluation and Confidence Control (CISEC) and President of the Binational Security Commission, Mexico-United States. He holds degrees in law from Universidad Regiomontana, a Master's Degree in Community Law from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, and a doctorate in International Trade from the University of Brantridge, England.
