Project Summary
The main subjects of my scholarship will be: 1) the major institutional changes in the executive branch of the US government during the last four years in the context of contemporary theory of bureaucracy development and a comparative practice; 2) perception of these changes by citizens in light of the formation of a new paradigm of state-society relations.
