Factors of the Effective Institutional Activity in the Sphere of the Reaction on Family Violence

Project Summary

An investigation into the factors that contribute to domestic violence in Russia, using statistics, leading causes and consequences and relating these materials to the theoretical work of specialists (doctors, law-enforcement, judicial, social services, etc). A cross-cultural comparative analysis of the institutional activity in the USA and Russia, that will situate Russian expert opinion. Determination of the effectiveness of expert recommendations. A phenomenological approoach, using empirical data.
