Expert Bio

Amalia (Mollie) Coyle is an Outreach & Communications Intern with the Wilson Center's Mexico Institute. Mollie is completing her final undergraduate semester at Georgetown University, where she studies Spanish and Justice & Peace Studies with a concentration in Political and Economic Justice in Latin America.  In the fall of 2017, she will be attending the University of Cambridge to earn her Master of Philosophy in Development Studies. 

She has previously interned with the U.S. Department of State at the U.S. Consulate General in Tijuana, Mexico and the U.S. Embassy in Santiago, Chile.  She aims to one day join the Foreign Service and serve as a diplomat, focusing on issues of human rights, corruption, migration, and international political and economic development.
