Project Summary

Discussion of the formation of enw Western laws and a capital market oriented towards commercial and corporate legislation. Demonstrates the influence of Common European commerical law and the corresponding German and Italian laws. Analyzes position of American commerical legislation as well as their changes as they adapt to and interact with the Russian conditions.
