Chelsea Catsam

Chelsea Catsam is a Program Associate for the Global Women's Leadership Initiative and Women in Public Service Project at the Wilson Center. Prior to joining the Wilson Center, Chelsea worked in Early Childhood Education in Bucheon, South Korea. From 2010-2012, Chelsea worked for the Institute of English Language Education at Assumption University in Bangkok, Thailand. Chelsea holds a B.A. in French and Global Studies from Loyola University Maryland and an M.A. in International Studies from the University of Sydney, Australia. Chelsea speaks French and has also studied at the American University of Paris and L'Université Paul Valéry III in Montpellier, France.
