Expert Bio

Clark Taylor is a program assistant with the Program on America and the Global Economy (PAGE). Prior to joining the Wilson Center, Clark was a congressional intern in the office of Senator John D. Rockefeller IV (D-WV), a research associate and spokesman with Project Vote Smart, and a Lead Organizer for the Democratic Party of Virginia. He received his bachelor's degree in Government & Politics from the University of Maryland, College Park with a minor in English.
