Project Summary

Addresses the question of Russia’s future by concentrating on political beliefs, values and aspirations of Russia’s new elite, on the presumption that they might indicate the direction in which Russia is headed. Evaluates the tenacity of the democrats, and asseses the nature and strength of oppositional forces.
