Full Biography
Ellen L. Frost is a Visiting Fellow at the Peterson Institute for International Economics and an Adjunct Research Fellow at the National Defense University. Her prior jobs included Counselor to the U.S. Trade Representative, Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense, Legislative Assistant in the U.S. Senate, and various positions in the private sector. Her latest book is Asia’s New Regionalism, published in 2008. Ms. Frost received a Ph.D. from the Department of Government at Harvard University, where she specialized in the politics and foreign policy of China.
