Gissela Moya

Gissela Moya is currently a Citizen Security intern at the Wilson Center’s Latin America Program. She is also a first generation student studying political science at UC Berkeley. For the past six years, she has worked on issues related Central Americans, undocumented students and access to higher education for people of color. She was born and raised in Honduras and has a deep commitment to the immigrant community. In the future, she plans to obtain a joint degree in public policy and business.
