    Full Biography

    J. Tyler Dickovick is a Ph.d. candidate in Politics and Public Policy at the Woodrow Wilson School, Princeton University. His dissertation examines intergovernmental relations in developing countries, using case studies from Sub-Saharan Africa and Latin America. As a Doctoral Fellow with the Africa Project, Tyler is focusing on the autonomy of regional and provincial governments in a democratizing Senegal and in post-apartheid South Africa. He completed his MPA degree at the Woodrow Wilson School in 2000, having concentrated in Development Studies. From 1995 to 1997, he was a Peace Corps volunteer in Togo.
