Joyce Koo is a program assistant for the Science and Technology Innovation Program (STIP) at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars, where she works to support events and research on various issues, including synthetic biology, trading zones, and foresight. She has a B.S. in Biological Sciences from the University of Maryland.
