Juana Fuentes Velázquez is President of the National Association of Circuit Magistrates and District Judges of the Federal Judiciary (JUFED) (2024) and Federal Labor District Judge for Individual Matters, based in Mexico City (2020). In addition to her extensive judicial career, she has taught at the Instituto de la Judicatura Federal and the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM). Juana has also served as Head of Liaison at the Instituto de Capacitación para el Trabajo del Estado de Puebla.
