Full Biography

Lt. Gen. William J. Liquori, Jr. is the Deputy Chief of Space Operations, Strategy, Plans, Programs, Requirements, and Analysis, United States Space Force, the Pentagon, Arlington, Virginia. As the Chief Strategy and Resourcing Officer, Lt. Gen. Liquori has overall responsibility for the strategies, requirements, and budget of the United States Space Force.

Lt. Gen. Liquori entered the Air Force in 1991 as a distinguished graduate of the Air Force ROTC program at Boston University. His career has included numerous operations and staff positions in Air Force Space Command, the National Reconnaissance Office, the Air Force Secretariat, U.S. European Command, the Office of the Secretary of Defense, the White House, and the United States Space Force.
