Mac Donley currently serves as President and CEO of Donley's, a premier construction firm based Cleveland, Ohio with offices in Richmond, Virginia and Greenville, South Carolina. Mr. Donley joined the firm in 1977, in a part-time position as a Carpenter, while completing his college education. He joined the firm as a full-time employee in 1980 as a Project Engineer. Through promotions, he advanced to Construction Cost Estimator and to Project Manager. In 1989 he was appointed Vice President of Restoration, Vice President of Operations in 1994, President and Chief Operating Officer in 1996, and Chief Executive Officer in 2002. Along with his current position, Mr. Donley also serves on several community boards including the Notre Dame College Executive Committee and the Cleveland Botanical Garden Executive Committee. He is a Trustee for the Construction Employers Association (CEA), the Laborers 310 Health & Welfare, Pension, and the Northern Ohio Building & Construction Trades Real Estate Investment Group Trust. Mr. Donley is also President of the Cleveland Concrete Contractors' Association. Mr. Donley received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Northwood Institute.
