Margarita Correa is President of the Board of Directors for Bancamía. She is founder of the Coofema cooperative based in Medellín that has generated employment for hundreds of women in Moravia and other poor neighborhoods of the city. She has also developed the social Landfill Rehabilitation Project of Medellín. She has a diploma in Human Resource Management from the Kellogg Foundation in development and leadership. She graduated with an anthropology degree from the University of Antioquia, with studies in International Management at EAFIT University, specializing in social and human development.
