Paul Rimple is a freelance journalist based in Tbilisi Georgia for the past ten years. He writes about Georgian affairs for EurasiaNet.org, has a column at The Moscow Times, and produces his own radio packages for Deutsche Welle. He covered the 2008 Georgian-Russian war for The Christian Science Monitor and also reported for CNN, CTV, CBS radio and NPR.
Paul is presently working on a project about the history of the US-Georgia military relationship, focusing on the 2001-2011 time period. This material will be used as background to his book about Georgia, tentatively titled, “Stalin Is Not Buried Here,” a reportage/memoir of ten years of life in Georgia.
