Pavlo Kutuev

Pavlo Kutuev, professor of sociology and chair of the Sociology Department at Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, is a well known sociologist and political scholar who researches modernization, the historical sociology of the developmental state, and the comparative politics of postcommunist states. The author of three books and numerous articles on sociology, comparative politics, and the history of social thought, he has over twenty years of teaching and research experience in Ukraine, the United States, the UK, Austria, and Japan.
