Expert Bio

Born and raised in Hampton Roads, Virginia, he later graduated from Virginia Tech in 2016 with a B.A. in International Studies, and a B.A. in Spanish. While in university he developed a media skillset that led to future roles in video production following graduation. During 2019-2020 Sam served as an ESL teacher in Queretaro, Mexico, before returning to the U.S. to begin his master’s in International Security at George Mason University.  Sam assist in the production of the Latin American Program’s podcasts.
