Expert Bio

Shunko Rojas is Undersecretary for International Trade of Argentina. Prior to this position, in 2016 Rojas was chairman of the National Foreign Trade Commission, and previously worked for the Inter-American Development Bank. He holds a law degree from the University of Buenos Aires, a Master’s in Global Politics from the London School of Economics and Political Sciences, and a Ph.D. in Law from Harvard University.
