The Russian Case" - There are several theoretical and national approaches to the management of cultural or ethnic diversity. The last two decades one of the policy responses to cultural and ethnic diversity has become multiculturalism. It’s underlined that multiculturalism is a model of a democratic policy response to cultural and ethnic diversity.
