Elaborates on incentive methods and mechanisms of the structural reforms for Armenia’s transition to a market economy. Presents the basic theory of structural reform to the distinctive substructure of Armenia’s economy. Discusses the form and scope of state control in structural shifts and the role of structural reforms in the general policy of economic reforms.
