Valeriya Utkina

Valeriya Utkina is an associate professor at the National Research University - Higher School of Economics (Moscow, Russia), where she teaches courses on the civil service and public administration, including a Gender and Development course for master students. Her research interest is concentrated in the area of theory of governance, and applications of the theory toward Russian practical needs, but mostly engendered public administration. From 2020 till now she also serves as the head of the Research project group "Women and Gender in Public Administration" at Higher School of Economics.
