Expert Bio

William Lloyd is a senior at the University of Toronto double majoring in History and Peace, Conflict, & Justice Studies. He previously interned at the US Consulate in Toronto and has worked at The World Bank and Global Affairs Canada.

From Toronto, William is currently on exchange at American University through the Fulbright Killam Fellowship. He is particularly interested in Canadian foreign policy and international development.
