Summary

En este ensayo se analiza la dinámica de la reforma y las políticas industriales, 1968-1978. Una sección describe los elementos principales de las políticas desde 1968. En otra sección se pone énfasis en el tema del sector de propiedad social y se discute algunos de los problemas subyacentes a la legislaci6n. Otra sección describe el proceso de desmantelamiento de las reformas dentro del marco de la crisis económica. Finalmente, se discuten brevemente las perspectivas del sector industrial y el estilo de industrialización que emerge después de diez años de gobierno militar.
