What to Expect on your First Day:
Please come to the Wilson Center on the date and time outlined on your Final Offer Letter. Check-in at the Wilson Center's lobby guard desk and security will notify Human Resources of your arrival for New Employee Orientation.

Listed below are the forms that you should complete, print and bring with you on your first day.
Employment Forms
- I-9 [Employment Eligibility Verification] *Please refer to page 4 for acceptable IDs and be sure to bring the original, unexpired documents with you on your report date.
- OF-306 [Declaration of Employment]
- SF-256 [Self-Identification Disability]
- SF-181 [Race & National Origin Identification]
Payroll Forms
- AD-349 [Employee Address]
- SF-1199A [Direct Deposit Sign-up] *You can either bring a voided check or have your financial institution complete & certify this form.
- W-4 [Employee Federal Withholding Allowance Certificate] * all
- D-4 [DC Withholding Allowance Certificate] * reside in DC
- D-4A [Certificate of Nonresidence in the District of Columbia] * reside in MD or VA
- MD-507 [Maryland Withholding Exemption Certificate] * reside in MD
- VA-4 [Virginia Income Tax Witholding Exemption Certificate] * reside in VA
