Apuesta por lo bajo en seguridad

[...] Con estas proyecciones y metas, habrá pocas razones para que los colombianos se metan la mano al bolsillo para pagar un impuesto que tenga como objetivo fortalecer la seguridad. Para esto, el Gobierno tendría que proponer un esfuerzo sostenido que cambie la situación actual de manera notable. En otras palabras, proponer un Plan que plantee cambios de fondo. Pero el presentado preserva la inercia y evita los cambios. Por ejemplo, nada se dice de la creación del Ministerio de la Seguridad o la salida de la Policía Nacional del Ministerio de Defensa. Si nos guiamos por lo que plantea el Plan Nacional de Desarrollo, en 2018 la seguridad ciudadana no estará peor, pero tampoco mucho mejor.
